Since over 50 years EHRT produces punching- and bending machines for copper-,aluminium- and steelbars and developes them further on. Inspired by the wishes of our customers as well as our motivation to integrate new functions, we developed our machines. Thereby we focused espacially on modularity, to give the individual demands of our customers space. A wide range of specialised tools are available to offer you a productions process with a maximum of flexibility and efficiency. EHRT is setting standards with CNC bending- and punching machines wherever quality and time is important- e.g. switch cabinet construction and busbars.
Connector
PowerCut / PowerBend – EPLAN Connector
PowerCut and PowerBend are the software solutions developed by EHRT for bending machines (PowerBend) and punching machines (PowerCut). These machines are used, among other things, for the production of busbars. The standard software is included in the respective machine and is used to control the machine and to program the workpieces.
Thanks to the integration into the EPLAN platform, customers can automatically transfer relevant workpiece information of busbars (dimensions, punchings and bends) from the electrical design to the PowerCut / PowerBend software. XML files are used for data exchange. The information is imported from the machine software as workpieces and can then be manufactured there.
